Payment and Cancellation Policy

Prices start from

1.300 € (8 days -7 nights)
1.500 € (10 days - 9 nights )
1.700 € (12 days - 11 nights )
1.900 € (14 days – 13 nights )

A 50% of the total amount will be paid upon reservation
In case of cancellation
- 90 days before the arrival, prepayment is refunded.
- 60 days before the arrival, a 50% of the prepayment is refunded.
- 30 days before the arrival, the prepayment is not refunded.
The remaining 50% of the total amount will be paid 30 days before the arrival.

In case of early booking ( 5 months before the arrival), you have a 10% discount on the original price, should you pay the total amount in advance.
In case of cancellation
- 90 days before the arrival, prepayment is refunded.
- 60 days before the arrival, a 50% of the prepayment is refunded.
- 30 days before the arrival, the prepayment is not refunded.
In case of late booking (30 days before the arrival), a 100% of the total amount will be paid.

Alternatively, in case of cancellation, the money paid can be used in a future reservation.

About Us

"The private school “Panagia Prousiotissa” (www.ppschool.gr), has its seat in Agrinio, Western Greece, since 1957. It is among the oldest and more well-known private educational institutes in Greece with a 63-year constant and successful service. Students from 2 to 18 years old are studying at our school."
